When you call us for the first time from your land line to request a pick up we will register your address automatically against your land line number. Next time you call we will recognise the number and give you the option to press ’1′ to request an immediate pick up or if you prefer the personal touch just press ’0′ and we will be happy to talk to you.
We offer the same service from your mobile phone, but you do need to register with us to use the service.
When you register you provide us with the 2 addresses you are most likely to need picking up from.
Once registered, when you call us you simply press ’1′ for you 1st registered address, ’2′ for your second registered address or ’0′ to talk to us to arrange a pick up at a different time or place.
